Understanding Human Movement

Before performance outcomes can be reported, the human movement behind them has to be understood.

Rickter turns structured human conversation into evidence that matters, what the individual would like to be different and what has moved while keeping meaning and ownership with the individual.

FROM individual meaning TO ORGANISATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

For the Individual

The Life Board enables the individual to articulate what matters, establish their current position, explain what that position means and identify a Desired State. They choose a commitment and, at review, see insights into what has or has not moved, what contributed and what matters next.

For the Practitioner

The Impact Management System preserves the individual’s articulation alongside their positions, commitment and Movement Evidence. Practitioners can return to the meaning behind the scores, understand the individual’s experience of change and shape the next conversation without relying on assumption.

For the Organisation

For the Organisation

Across programmes, measurable of individual and cluster movement can be considered alongside patterns in what has been articulated, while protecting personal identities. Organisations can understand where change is occurring, what may be contributing to it and how delivery should respond.
