Understanding Human Movement

Before performance outcomes can be reported, the human movement behind them has to be understood and measured.

Rickter turns structured human conversation into evidence of what matters, what the individual would like to be different and what has moved—while keeping meaning and ownership with the individual.

FROM individual meaning TO ORGANISATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

For the Individual

The Life Board enables the individual to articulate what matters, establish their current position, explain what that position means and identify a Desired State. They choose a commitment and, at review, see insights into what has or has not moved, what contributed and what matters next.

For the Practitioner

The Impact Management System preserves the individual’s articulation alongside their positions, commitment and Movement Evidence. Practitioners can return to the meaning behind the scores, understand the individual’s experience of change and shape the next conversation without relying on assumption.

For the Organisation

For the Organisation

De-identified Movement Evidence can be considered across individuals, groups and programmes alongside patterns in what has been articulated. Organisations can understand where change is occurring, what may be contributing to it and how delivery should respond.

CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES

Employability, Careers and Enterprise

CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES

Rickter helps learners explore the personal factors influencing their engagement, learning and progression. Alongside academic outcomes, it can make movement in confidence, motivation, participation, communication and readiness to learn visible. Coaching, Mentoring and Personal Development

Rickter supports people to understand their position in relation to work, learning, enterprise and future opportunity. Conversations can explore confidence, skills, motivation, practical barriers, choice and direction. Services can therefore recognise meaningful progression occurring before, alongside or beyond entry into employment, education or self-employment.

Coaching, Mentoring and Personal Development

Health, Wellbeing, Recovery and Rehabilitation

Coaching, Mentoring and Personal Development

Rickter provides a consistent structure for reflective conversations without making coaching or mentoring prescriptive. The Individual identifies what matters, defines their current position, describes a Desired State and chooses a commitment. Review conversations then establish what has moved, what contributed and what should shape the next stage.

Health, Wellbeing, Recovery and Rehabilitation

Health, Wellbeing, Recovery and Rehabilitation

Health, Wellbeing, Recovery and Rehabilitation

Rickter enables people to describe wellbeing and recovery from their own perspective rather than through externally imposed assumptions. Conversations may explore stability, confidence, relationships, coping, purpose and daily life. Movement can be reviewed without treating a higher number as automatically positive or claiming that Rickter caused the change.

Rickter supports person-centred planning by making choice, control, communication and personal priorities more visible. Individuals can speak, write, point, select, draw, use communication support, request different wording, pause or return later. Their positions and meanings can inform support planning while preserving autonomy, authorship and dignity. .

Community Development, Inclusion and Participation

Community Development, Inclusion and Participation

Rickter can support structured conversations about responsibility, stability, relationships, housing, participation and future direction. Individuals identify the areas that matter to their reintegration and choose realistic commitments. Practitioners can review movement without converting the conversation into a prediction, imposed risk score or judgement of the person.

Community Development, Inclusion and Participation

Community Development, Inclusion and Participation

Rickter helps people express how they experience their community, the barriers affecting participation and what would strengthen belonging or opportunity. Individual conversations can generate appropriately de-identified themes, helping programmes understand what communities are experiencing and where information, access, engagement, delivery or support may need to respond.

Leadership, Workforce and Organisational Learning

Rickter can be applied to staff development, leadership, workforce wellbeing, organisational change and team learning.
